  Help.  I sold some spinning shoes showed in the picture and description as a size 4. Buyer is contacting me asking for a returns address and refund as wrong size was sent. Fairly straighforward this, we post 9ct heavy gold fully hallmarked gents bracelet,  buyer reports not as described etc, returns Gold plated item, timing couldnt be worse items is received 1 day before eBay automatic refund buyer period,  Paypal not part of payment process so no recourse there, eBay support appears non existent either by phone or email, I have done the  "report buyer" thing, The loss to us is about £700,.... with the now absent Paypal are we in for more of this type of unsupported activity Any advice would be helpful   ... I bought and paid for an item on 6th June the transaction is on my credit card statement. The seller is saying I am still to pay.  I've emailed the seller at least four times and they have responded just the once to say i haven't paid. A buyer has taken a case out against me for item not received.  It was sent on the 14th and delivered and signed for on the 16th.  They have said that they havent signed for it and on the royal mail website it doesnt show a signature but  a name that she says isnt hers and blaming me I sent to the wrong address, on the receipt it is her house number and postcode.  She is demanding a refund but as a buyer I shouldnt have to pay back as I have proof it is delievered surely she has to follow it through ? ... Does anybody else think that the new page layout is not as good/clear as it was before? I am having difficulty finding things like my feedback from a particular sale; I go to a saved seller and can't find how to get to that seller's listings. I received an item which wasnt what I purchased in the picture. It was a copied cheaper version. I contacted the seller which said no problem, send it back an we will reimburse you when they receive the item. I went through ebay return policy and I had to go and get the label printed off. When I tried mailing it, the post office said this is no where near going to cover the weight of this parcel. I've tried contacting ebay but there is no where to contact them to resolve this issue. I keep getting reverted bac to printing the same label? Any know what I can do next. The annoying part is this seller is still selling this product which is a knock off copy!   ... View more

A buyer bought two filing cabinets in October 2020 via my eBay listing.  He paid promptly but was slow to collect and still hadn't done so by December when the latest lockdown took effect.   These cabinets are bulky and in our way. We've been patient but now that lockdown is easing, we would like them collected. However, eBay has cleared my messages folder with only chats from January showing. The listing has also disappeared.   I now have no way of contacting this buyer. He, presumably, has no way of contacting me either. There appears to be no way of contacting eBay to ask them to reopen the communications link with this buyer so collection can be arranged.   All the help on eBay is just articles on general situations but no actual contact details.   Any ideas for actually reaching eBay anyone? ...
