Fairly straighforward this, we post 9ct heavy gold fully hallmarked gents bracelet, buyer reports not as described etc, returns Gold plated item, timing couldnt be worse items is received 1 day before eBay automatic refund buyer period, Paypal not part of payment process so no recourse there, eBay support appears non existent either by phone or email, I have done the "report buyer" thing,
The loss to us is about £700,.... with the now absent Paypal are we in for more of this type of unsupported activity
Any advice would be helpful
unless matters have changed PayPal don't cover gold.
