Seller says I haven’t paid

I bought and paid for an item

on 6th June the transaction is on my credit card statement. The seller is saying I am still to pay.  I've emailed the seller at least four times and they have responded just the once to say i haven't paid. I gave them the reference on my statement as proof!  What can I do - eBay is hopeless there is no one place to go to get help? Thank you

Obviously there's a problem at their end but all you can do is get your money back.    After the estimated delivery date on the listing select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days.   If you have any problems with that ring your card provider and cancel the payment.

I was thinking I should report it sooner rather than later but couldn’t find the place to go to do it 😊
