A buyer bought two filing cabinets in October 2020 via my eBay listing. He paid promptly but was slow to collect and still hadn't done so by December when the latest lockdown took effect.
These cabinets are bulky and in our way. We've been patient but now that lockdown is easing, we would like them collected. However, eBay has cleared my messages folder with only chats from January showing. The listing has also disappeared.
I now have no way of contacting this buyer. He, presumably, has no way of contacting me either. There appears to be no way of contacting eBay to ask them to reopen the communications link with this buyer so collection can be arranged.
All the help on eBay is just articles on general situations but no actual contact details.
Any ideas for actually reaching eBay anyone?
