Hello I have received an email from eBay stating that because I did not pay for an item they may restrict my acct, I chose to pay on collection because it was offered by the seller , the seller refused to honour this agreement and said I had to pay via PayPal,  I then told the seller that they needed to register the item in order for me to do that but when I tried to pay it wouldn't allow me to because the sellers acct would only allow one one purchase from the same buyer every ten days, I feel I have been (potentially) penalised for someone else's misuse of ebay, I am a new ebay user and have spent hundreds of pounds in the last few weeks, the sellers messages to me were quite snotty even though it was them that was at fault, can anyone help in removing this black mark from my acct and give a warning about this seller? ... Guys   How can I block a seller sending me unwanted messages?  I was not happy with a product and emailed the seller to see if they would send another, but instead of being helpful I have been accused of damaging it myself!  It has got ridiculous now with many emails from the seller and I want to block them.   What can I do?   Thanks ... Hello.   has anyone had this problem and know how to get through it.   2 weeks ago I tried to downgrade my account from business to private. eBay customer support said they would log the request but if I don't hear back in 5 days to assume the request is denied. my account is fine, no suspensions or problems in 15 years of membership. No answer so ok I assume denied for god only knows why.   so far so bad on support.   anyhow, I only want personal account these days as stopped trading 6 months ago and not sold anything on eBay since.   so I thought may as well close the account and create new one then.   but now I cant close the account. I deleted payment method and checked subscriptions as eBay hep told me too, but it endlessly tells me the account can't be closed due to active subscriptions. Every time I look at subscriptions of course nothing there.   is there a setting buried under some I possibly deep menu structure I need to click? life's tooo short to spend so much time on this! thankyou ...
