I really dont know how to handle this.

The item i bought was so rubbish it didnt work it was not fit for purpose 

the company have offered me a refund if i change my feed back

I can't see any feedback at all on your 'feedback left for others' page, is it on another account?

Do not change your feedback because if you do the seller will do a runner and you won't hear from them again.

The way to handle not as Described cases is to open a dispute in the Resolution Centre

The seller will be told to send you a prepaid return label and will refund you on return. 

Ignore your seller, open the dispute, do not close it until you have your refund.
