blocking a seller contacting me

Guys

How can I block a seller sending me unwanted messages?  I was not happy with a product and emailed the seller to see if they would send another, but instead of being helpful I have been accused of damaging it myself!  It has got ridiculous now with many emails from the seller and I want to block them.

What can I do?

Go to the Resolution Centre and open a dispute for Not as Described. The seller will have no choice but to send you a prepaid return label and refund on return, escalate afgter 4 days if they don't. 

Stop communicating with him now.

Block him here: BBL and to stop him messaging you tick this box: don't allow blocked buyers to contact me

As you've been in a recent transaction with him the messages won't stop immediately but you an ignore them and delete without reading if you wish.

Just stick with the case.

thanks for the tips - he's stopped already - I think because I said I would
give negative feedback if he didn't stop!

This is the first time I've ever had a problem with a seller - hopefully
the last!
