As always ebay make it really difficult to contact anyone about non-arrival of parcels.  3 parcels were sent via the Global Shipping Program; two arrived well ahead of schedule, the 3rd one according to the tracking information hasn't left NJ (I am UK based).   They can't be replaced; they make part of a set with the other two and would be mighty irritating if they didn't show up.  This is global shipping problem and not the seller.  I need someone from within ebay to track it internally.  Rather than post tracking numbers here they should contact me - what says you Ebay?   ... I had an item delivered to the post-room at our complex, I have used it for 20 years and found them to be reliable. The item was delivered , but I could not find it. I asked the seller for proof of delivery, I got Hermes consignment number and a picture of 4 parcels, one circled. Sadly it was not possible to read the consignment number or addressee from the photo. The photo proved useful in finding the parcel (colour and size) but the post room manager didn't feel it constituted PROOF of delivery. It could have been a picture of ANY parcel.  Sadly the seller grew impatient with the search process and asked Ebay to adjudicate, which they did and almost immediately, without asking me for any input, agreed with the seller  and sent me an email closing the matter. Whist in this case, I found the goods and they had been delivered , I find the burden of proof so low and the adjudication process so poor, for what was an item valued at about £400 that I shall stop using ebay for good over about £50 ... I sold a large item and it was meant to be collection only. However, a buyer really wanted it and offered to pay for and organise a courier their end which I agreed to. Everything went fine except I seem to have a permanent reminder to dispatch the item. Apparently, I should have had a barcode to scan when the courier collected the item. I've purchased a Royal Mail postage label through ebay for a sold item, this was done on my phone - and would normally store the label as an option to go and 'reprint' it from the desktop computer attached to our printer.  As usual, the item was marked as dispatched with the purchase of the postage label, however it's not showing up at all in the 'Postage Labels' section (where all other sold and postage paid items are listed).  I have the option to 'print another label' when going back through the listing itself, which is fine but would mean having to pay again for postage.  I would therefore need to know how to cancel the original postage payment first.  That isn't showing up in Postage Labels.  Can anyone please help? ... Hi i have purchased this item through the seller back a month ago, and it came with destroyed Amazon firestick. Then we got a refund for the cable of £4.00. It then worked for about two weeks and then it stopped working.  I have then e-mailed the seller again and asked a refund from that Amazon fire stick that doesn't work. He kept ignoring my e-mails till now and no reply. I have asked eBay to step in and help, I am Still not getting any respond. Returned item to business seller, who accepts returns, at my own cost., as did not fit. Ido not have a printer so could not use the eBay return postage bit, but got it signed for on delivery.
