Hi can anybody help me , i sold an item and the buyer wanted to return the item i told him i dont accept refunds , so he said if i dont like them u will , anyway a week later he decides they are not genuine so now a refund has gone through and i dont have the money to pay it, so wot do i do , nobody from ebay wants to help
