Hi, I've started a return on eBay for something I have bought. However it is not letting me print a postage label and there doesn't seem to be an option to add tracking number? Any ideas? Could it be to do with the original tracking on eBay from when I bought the item still doesn't say delivered? Thanks

I have bought an item which hasn't arrived. I contacted the seller who says no payment received. The status of this item in my ebay is pending. The money has gone from my bank account and shows as having passed through Pay Pal and has completed so the money is with Ebay. The seller says I have to contact Ebay about this but I am pretty sure the seller needs to resolve this as I have paid. I have gone round in circles with the ebay site as my issue appears to be 'off piste' and does not fit with any of the suggested fields I am presented with. I attempted to cancel the order but the system says no. Its only £12 but I have paid and am getting nowhere and frustrated. Any suggestions.

Hi , is it possible to limit an Ebay account to sell only . A friend has run up debt buying things but wants to be able to sell to get back some of the money . I think that still being able to buy stuff might be too big a temptation and wonder if it is possible to have an account that allows selling only ?
