Hi, I've started a return on eBay for something I have bought. However it is not letting me print a postage label and there doesn't seem to be an option to add tracking number? Any ideas? Could it be to do with the original tracking on eBay from when I bought the item still doesn't say delivered?

What sort of return have you started? makes a difference as to who should pay the postage.

It sounds to me as though you have opened the wrong case or selected the wrong reason.

I doubt it has any connection to the item not showing as delivered, there should be no connection as many tracked items are never shown as delivered.

It would help to know exactly what you have done so far, and what sort of case you have opened.

Thanks for the response.

I just opened a return due to it not fitting . (It was an item of clothing)

Now when I go to the item, click see return details it says please post the item
By Friday 16th. Then says choose a carrier (Royal Mail or collect plus) but when I click either of them
Nothing happens and there is no ‘next’ option or anything?
