I’ve bid and won an auction , seller won’t honour deal

I've won an auction today but buyer is refusing to sell, they now insisting they will only sell for £1250, I won auction at £382.00, their seems to be no way to contact email and report this fraud.

First of all it isn't fraud. You haven't lost anything.

 

You can't report the seller, it is foolish of him to start at a low price, BUT there is no way you or ebay can force him to sell. All you can really do is leave negative feedback saying "Seller would not honour the sale". Saying too much and you could break the rules on what can be said, and seller could get it removed.

 

You could of course pay and then have to go through the procedure to get a refund but it would only cost the seller 30p, unless he did not refund through the case.

if you have not paid  wait 32 days before leaving feedback or the seller can open an unpaid case / cancel on day 5 as not paid and that's get rid of your feedback and gives you an unpaid strike.

 

block them so they cannot buy off you.
