Whilst in a chat with someone from the ebay dispute resolutions team, their representative told me he had decided it in my favour. HOWEVER, it is now two days later and my account STILL shows "Pending - we are still reviewing your case" and the refund has not even been started yet. (Which will take another three days). If customer service or whatever team it was I was transferred to, SPECIFICALLY told me they had made their decision and my money would be back in my bank within 3-5 days then WHY has the refund NOT been started?? WHY on earth does it still say they are reviewing my case two days after being told it was decided?? This is starting to get beyond a joke. It was for 960 Euros (about £820 pounds). The seller/scammer also appears to have been banned as the listing was removed from the website. What on earth is going on??? Moreover, the 'contact us' page is completely and utterly moronic. It takes you around in circles and never actually provides any contact information. Already lost my patience with this several days ago. I first report this on the 2nd. (8 days ago). I am happy the money-back guarantee exists, but in terms of actual customer service, Ebay is diabolical. One of the worst I have ever witnessed.
