I was unable to apply the $10 coupon code during my purchase for downloading the ebay app

I downloaded the ebay app on my cell phone ONLY because I got a message saying that I would get a $10 coupon (which will expire tomrrow, 7/10/21) if I did.  However, when I went to pay for my purchase using Paypal it didn't give me the option, and by the time I went back and looked at all the steps on the ebay website I was supposed to make to redeem the coupon, it was too late because my payment had already been processed.  I was unable to find a telephone number or email address for ebay customer service which completely surprised me.  How can ebay NOT have any type of customer service department?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to log out of this UK site,  and log back into your homesite,  www.ebay.com  then try and pay and use your coupon,  as we do not have those here in the UK.
