I listed an item, starting bid 4.99 last Sunday. Today, Wednesday, someone has paid for it and it shows one bid and won at £4.99 but listing still running until Sunday. All I can think is that I have accidently allowed a buy it now as well. Is that possible? If so why hasn't it ended the listing? I'm not bothered that it was won already for starting price, although there was another watcher who might be cheesed off, I just do not understand how it can have been won but showing over 3 days still to go. Is there a way I can check the original listing? Thank you

Hello, right now I tried to buy an item and it showed me this error but the money got out from my account and the amount is in pending on my bank account but there is no item in my eBay account.

hi there, this has happened twice to me. The item is a fixed price or offer. A lower offer has been accepted but when I check out, it only shows the original price.

Hi I am awaiting a refund for an item which has been a long drawn out process by both the seller and EBay. Item wrongly described and dangerously damaged. I returned the item with a Hermes label sent to me via messages from the seller that had his name on both addresses on the label but a week and home address. I posted and got a receipt but have just accidentally entered a wrong digit when uploading the Tracking on my Return case in EBay. There is no option to change it or add another one. Please can you advise as it won't match the parcel and it will not be marked as received. I really need it changing ASAP as I've already waited a long time for my refund and it says I won't receive a refund until the Trackung proves it was received. Lindsey.

Hi, I am just wondering how to receive a refund from royal mail for an item that's been lost. I don't have the receipt for the item I'm selling and just wondered how to go about getting the value back. Royal Mail lost something before and because I didn't have the receipt for the item only my postage receipt that's all they would refund. Thanks x

Every time i list an item I get an Message from Ebay telling me i have listed an Item, Derrrrr I know I have just done it. Can I stop these Annoying things now, I could on my old account but ebay have been playing lets do everyones head in again. PLEASE HELP. JJ (Julie Joy)

Over the last few weeks, my late delivery rate is stuck at 0.4%!!! During the day it can go up to 0.32% as buyers log late delivery, but by the end of the day it is back to 0.4% When i look into my report, i can see that they are being removed!.....Daily!!! Is anyone else experiencing this beautiful 'sent from above' like behaviour, or am i just the lucky one?
