Hi,  is anyone having issues with generating postal labels thru ebay?   I do this almost every day and today I keep getting error: Payment error: please check your payment method and try again. I'm thinking if something is wrong with my account or is it on ebay side? Contacted their customer service, but receive useless help as always. I'm having probs returning a damaged item. It's 18kg 140cm in length. The seller told me on 2 occasions a courier would be collecting the parcel he also sent a postage label upto 2kg at £3.20 joke. I escalated eBay sent another label just the same. I've had a price for collection from parcelforce as the local depot is nearly 30 miles away and it's to big to fit in my car, £49 collected. I am finding problems accessing options once signed in. I click on unsold items to relist and then have to sign in again but it doesn't accept my password. This is a flaw that has been going on for 2 months now and try as I might I can't find an e-mail address or phone number to let eBay know. It is rally frustrating when you have live sales as you then have to try again later and if buyers have asked questions there is a delay. The same applies when an item is sold and you want to post but you can't get those details without signing in again which doesn't work. Has anyone else expereinced this? It is driving me nuts especially not being able to let eBay know though would they do anything about it? ... View more
