So sorry but i'm having trouble finding the right way to go about this, the seller wont accept the faulty sheets back.i tried to go through resolution centre but it just keeps going back for a return button. I dont know what im doing.
If you haven't opened a return yet select "I received an item that does not match the seller's description" on here:

After that, or if you've opened one already, you will be able to escalate it to eBay after 3 working days, not before.
If the seller is in the UK eBay will then require them to issue a paid-for return postage label for you to use. And they will enforce the refund after the item has been sent back.
