Hi guys,   First time posting here - any help would be appreciated.   I've bought items from a seller which I think is in China due to the messages I'm getting. They've advertised something different to what they've sent and are refusing to let me return it because it costs too much and offering me compensation which is less than half of the value what I paid and the items are completely unsuable to me.   I'm getting really frustrated as each time I message they're offering a little bit more each time as compensation. The seller accepted the return and ebay sent me an email with a postage label but there was no postage label attached to print.  I've been trying to contact ebay to resolve this but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this because it's noted as sent when it hasn't been sent.  How do I make contact with ebay as it just keeps saying in transit? ... I recently  sold  a mobile phone for  £480.... I find it very annoying and confusing when I get deducted a £60 + fee with a VERY ambiguous portal message which makes you think you have a promotion which you won't get charged...    "Sell 3 items for free".....
