So I'm not a seller and I haven't bought anything from eBay in a while, yet randomly I got charged for £39.50 by eBay DOMESTIC AT luxembourg. I haven't purchased anything in months and I've checked my order history as well, nothing. Help!

Did this message come through eBay messages ? Did it address you by your real name, and not just your username ID? If not, its' a scam email, do not click on any links in it.
To be perfectly sure, contact eBay Customer Services, ask them if they sent you this invoice, and to explain the charges.
Their lines are open until 6 p.m. tonight.
