A seller refunded me on 16/7 and Ebay messaged confirming the same. However, the money is still not in my bank and contact with Ebay via live chat got me no-where as the 'adviser' didn't seem to be able to grasp the concept of my not having received my money - My Bank confirm the money's not with them
Who should I contact @ Ebay and how?
