Good Afternoon E Bay Land Since E Bay decided to decided to stop using Paypal, am I the Only one to now be utterly and totally mind boggled???? With Paypal it was simple and easy. A buyer paid and the payment went into your Paypal account. If a Refund was needed you pressed the Refund button and it was sent directly from your Paypal account Now I haven't a clue. My available funds are showing at least £70 less than there should be and I will apparently be told when the Refund transaction is complete, and this is making me Stressed as I Used to have an Above Standard Seller Status HELP

Hi, Ebay is saying I have recieved payment through the Global Shipping Programme for an item but there is no money showing in my paypal, does anyone know how this works as i don't want to post it until i have seen the money

Could I please ask i recently had a cancelled order with a seller and although the item was refunded I don't have any option to remove this from my purchase history can anyone help please. i don't have a hide order option for this.

I am still unable to change my nectar points. Nectar have fully Investigated and assure me there are no problems with my acount. Ebay just jeep telling me to disconnect and reconnect mu avmccount with makes zero difference. Then tell meto go back to nectar which Is rubbish as the Issue Is clearly a youtube Issue as It Oncorectly states nectar has not petmitted me to use it. Been going on nearly year. Help

I've sent an item back to seller and requested a refund got a message yesterday telling me I have a full refund (but allow 48 hours etc) when I opened message have found seller has done it with PayPal im a bit confused as I don't use PayPal and paid with my visa card any advice or info would be appreciated 😀
