Hi Folks since the change in unpaid items with 4 day I intermittenly receive a message saying the following' This item can't be purchased since you have received 2 Unpaid item strike(s) in the last 6 month(s. The later is not true and there is no issue with my payments, hence always mainting a 100% feedback.    I contacted ebay and they said since the change of policy other people have experienced this and it is a technical error.  That was over a week ago.  I spnt 2 hours on chat being passed to various depts with no positive outcome, other than it is now yet again being escalated.     Whilst talking to support on chat, I went onto the BHF site, was able to place a bid with no issue, then on same site went to place a bid on another item, the error message came up. Hence proving it is a tech not account issue.  Ebay are apparantly looking at the issue.   Has anyone else experienced this?   ... View more

A buyer is hassling about delivery. I sent the parcel and have shown him the Proof of delivery. Other parcels I sent at the same time have just arrived recently so in theory it should be due any day. The item he bartered for and I sold to him for 25 when I was asking 40. He is hounding me re delivery and has put in a message to ebay saying the item is lost etc amd threatening further action. Even though I only posted it a few days ago 1st class. Looking on his profile he is selling multiple boxsets of this particular show (all the same) for between £70 - £90. So not only is he being nasty he is obviously just out to make money off people. I feel manipulated in the way he got the price reduced. I created a Payoneer account but i created a business type of an account by mistake. I wanted a individual account because Payoneer account and ebay account should match when linking it. So we not be able to change the type of the Payoneer account and i again created an account with my other personal email. But when im going to link it to ebay account, it says my payoneer account is blocked. So due to this issue i send an email for them but i didnt recieved a reply. We have a deadline to link the payoneer account and what if the reply will be late? i already having an acution and the buyer should pay for me. So please be kind enough to solve this problem. Hi Folks,   I've sold a toy on Sunday (for £72). I've shipped this before receiving the payment on the 14th of June. (The next day). Royal Mail tried to deliver this yesterday which was the 17th however they couldn't. I've sent a reminder to the buyer regarding the payment, but she just replied saying she didn't order this, and she didn't receive anything. Is there anything I can do? I have received three deliveries of the same item, different sizes and from different senders over the last 10 days.
