Hi Folks since the change in unpaid items with 4 day I intermittenly receive a message saying the following' This item can't be purchased since you have received 2 Unpaid item strike(s) in the last 6 month(s. The later is not true and there is no issue with my payments, hence always mainting a 100% feedback.
I contacted ebay and they said since the change of policy other people have experienced this and it is a technical error. That was over a week ago. I spnt 2 hours on chat being passed to various depts with no positive outcome, other than it is now yet again being escalated.
Whilst talking to support on chat, I went onto the BHF site, was able to place a bid with no issue, then on same site went to place a bid on another item, the error message came up. Hence proving it is a tech not account issue. Ebay are apparantly looking at the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this?

BHF is the British Heart Foundation. Just to confirm, I have not had any unpaid items listed against my account as verified in the chat today and via ebay email. Both have confirmed it is a tech error experienced by others.
As mentioned ealrier. I placed a bid on the BHF site for an item whilst on line to chat, with no issues. Then attempted to place a bid on anther item same site and the error message popped up. Thus proving it is not a payment account issue. I have delted the name of one of the many people who I spoke to via ebay chat as a courtstey for privacy. I hope this clarifies my question. I hav also included below the email response from ebay, agian name deleted.

What is BHF site? Only ebay would be affected by Unpaid Strikes.
By the way Unpaid Strikes do not affect a BUYER'S Feedback. ALL buyers have 100% as they can only receive positives.
The message you receive is also strange as it is 2 Unpaid Strikes in 12 Months
