Are you still receiving payments into your PayPal account or are you now on eBay's new Managed Payments system whereby eBay pay the payment straight into your bank account once their selling fees have been removed?
Once you have a notification from eBay that the items have been paid for, and the funds are showing as Processing in your Payments tab, you can post them to your buyers.
The funds will typically appear as Available for payout within 1 business day from the order confirmation.
The payout will generally be initiated within 2 business days from the order confirmation. Once initiated, it typically takes 0-4 business days for the funds to clear in your bank account.
You should be able to see the amount in the Processing figure, here in the Payments section in Seller Hub.
