I am still unable to change my nectar points. Nectar have fully Investigated and assure me there are no problems with my acount. Ebay just jeep telling me to disconnect and reconnect mu avmccount with makes zero difference. Then tell meto go back to nectar which Is rubbish as the Issue Is clearly a youtube Issue as It Oncorectly states nectar has not petmitted me to use it.  Been going on nearly year. Help

Clear cache & cookies.

Unlink Nectar card & relink.

Works for others.

I wish. Been round that merry go round several times. Apparently as that
doesn't work they tlmust think It will just correct itself If they do
absolutely nothing. So frustrating. When I call to check.on the
Investuagation there doing Into it it never exists and I have to go through
it all again. So much for lifetime customer service. I never had a single
problem doing it till a load of people did a year ago. They all seem fine
now.
