How do I get help on a case that is closed? a buyer wanted a refund from me as item was apparently faulty, I've offered a full refund but the buyer hasn't received a returns label. im worries I've now clicked something where the buyer keeps my item along with the refund, which isn't the case as I wanted my item back. i had a swimming pool for sale on ebay and market place i sold the pool to a  man on market place before i could cancel it on ebay a woman paiud for it on ebay.i never recieved the money it went into a holding account at paypal i explained to the buyerwhat had happened she was very annoyed and opened a resolution to get her money back now i have recieved an invoice for sellers fees im really struggling with this as i cant refund her because i dont have the money in my paypal account ... I am hoping someone can help me because I am going insane with Ebay's system.   My wife ordered a table, and somehow she did it from an account with a username that we do not recognise. It looks like she didn't click the email that asked her to verify the account, but they did process the order. The link in the account verification has expired, and I cannot reset the passwork on the account because the verification link has expired.   The reason I need to get into the account is because although the seller has told us the table has been delivered, it hasn't. As such I need to initiate the Ebay delivery guarantee, but this can only be done from the account that ordered it, and I can't get in there for the reasons above.   Does anyone know how to get out of this seemingly impossible death spiral? ... Unfortuantely my home page default is summary- I want it to change it to Watch list. I know I can chagne from one to another by clicking on watch list, but I want to avoid doing it by changing my default home page.   Unfortunately ebay is not user friendly, so I can not do it without asking for help   does anybody know? many thanks and three boos to ebay ... When I try to sign in the captcha keps on coming back although the I'm human comes back ticked. It comes back with a new captcha and I can't no longer login. Any ideas why. Buyer received an item then claimed 14 days later it didn't work. It was checked and was ok prior to posting. I told eBay the buyer was misusing the return process and they agreed and unfroze the money. Then the buyer appealed and eBay reversed the decision! the item arrived today back to me and it's like new, works fine, but I've had to pay 2 lots of postage.  ... View more
