How do I get help on a case that is closed?
a buyer wanted a refund from me as item was apparently faulty, I've offered a full refund but the buyer hasn't received a returns label.
im worries I've now clicked something where the buyer keeps my item along with the refund, which isn't the case as I wanted my item back.
The refund now says it's closed and there's no options on it anywhere to click and get help
If it is closed then that is the end of it.
Did the buyer receive a refund?.
If the case has closed then their is no incentive for the buyer to return the item. Who made the refund? A refund should only be made once you have the item back. If you refunded by accident then there is nothing you can do. If ebay refunded because the buyer escalated the case you are left with the fees and a defect on your account. Now the case is closed you may not be able to contact them .Trying to exchange contact details ebay can take it you are doing an off ebay transaction. If you try and the buyer is willing to return the item buy postage online from RM making yourself the recipient
If you send money they may just keep the money and still not send it back
Not all members are as honest as yourself
