Buyer received an item then claimed 14 days later it didn't work. It was checked and was ok prior to posting. I told eBay the buyer was misusing the return process and they agreed and unfroze the money. Then the buyer appealed and eBay reversed the decision!
the item arrived today back to me and it's like new, works fine, but I've had to pay 2 lots of postage.
At least you have your item back as you sent it. Many items do not return in that condition or truly are broken
You can sell again
YOu only paid one lot of postage. You have postage on your items so the buyer paid the first postage when they bought
