Hi We sold and sent an iPad LCD touch screen worth £79.99 to a buyer in Australia, when he received it he immediately opened a Wrong Item Sent case, lying that we sent him a cheap screen protector. This is probably the first Wrong Item Sent case in our 6 years of selling on eBay. We argued with the buyer back and forth on the case page, and he asked for an 85% discount in his last message. We think there is not much we can do to bring back his conscientiousness, as he wants to scam us for sure. We have reported the buyer to eBay, and contacted customer service twice, but it seems not much help. Now we are in such a dilemma, as eBay buyer protection rules will force us to accept the return even we know that if he returns he will send back a screen protector, not the LCD screen we sent him. This is really frustrating...
