I have received a return request from a buyer but have not sent item since it was purchase the day before. Why is it possible to raise a return request when item has not been posted yet. Plus the method of cancelling the order has been removed from the list, and been replaced with the return request. The methods of refunds stated that the item is keeped buy the buyer but it has not been sent. I have message the buyer asking to cancel the return request to enable me to cancel the order. Chris. P.S. The buyer raised the return request since the camera not digital, but I clearly state in the listing that it is not a digital cmara but 35 mm
