Hi everyone very new to this ,at this moment in time i am waiting for delivery of item purchased on ebay.  I would like some idea of what time of day it will be delivered , only information i have is a probable date ie  1st of july and thats it.  How do i get more  info from seller ,like  a tracking number ,or another email from them.   I could be waiting at home all day today and the next and so on. Hi All think this one has fallen into the crackes somewhere...... put in an order for a socket set, then decided to cancel the order a day or so later(slap head) item did not arrive and no refund given back. I then went to see if i could do something within the ebay/paypal sites and just went round and round in circles until we end up here,  me tying this out and you reading my waving a digital stick at something-thanks for that. ... So I bought somthing from a seller after I read thier reviews. (I know, I know) And I clicked on thier link to see what other things they sold... And theres nothing in the shop... Yet, if I click on the item I bought, it suggests other things this person sells? Am I right thinking that's dodgy? Considering the items price, you'd think I would of gotten a tracking number. So I asked if they had one. No answer.   How do I flag to ebay that this may be a fraudulent seller? It just doesn't feel right.  I'm in no doubt if I'm scammed, ebay will give me my money back. Can anyone please tell me the uk address or email address for ebay? The customer service is very poor. I have had an issue with a seller who did not send me the item.I  refered  the issue to ebay, the case went in my favour but i was only refunded for half the amount. I appealed but was refused even though I told them that, on the seller's feedback , it had happened on a regular basis. Customers bought an item, they never received it ,they  had to ask ebay to step in and there was no communication from the seller.
