I tried to buy an item but the seller cancelled under the option that buyer requested it.  I then got a message saying the item was to be paid in cash when collected and asked when I was coming for it.  There was no other details how to get it not even directions.  I sent a message asking about this.  No further communication came so I have to assume the sale is off.  I have yet to see my money returned to my bank account.  How long is that supposed to take?  Does this sort of thing happen regularly? ...
