Has anybody been charged "internal fees" by EBay, when their item has been despatched to a UK address as shown on the buyer's EBay member page?

Yes if the buyer or their payment method is registered overseas eBay charge an international transaction fee,PayPal always did this as well though it was not so obvious.

This should read "international fees" for those with a registered address outside the UK, even though the address shown on the buyer's page is in the UK?
