Parcel left on doorstep now missing

Hi on Saturday hermes delivered a parcel

At 1.19

I returned home later in the day

Got a message said delivered 

Could not find it anywhere 

When I managed to get info it was left on my doorstep my front door is on the path in a busy village(idiot)

Now o only seam to be able to blame the seller

As seller proved delivery, you will lose item not received case.
