I received a damaged bicycle. I opened a case and obviously won. The auto generated returns label only covers small items so I`ve contacted the seller and asked him to provide a label or provide a tracking number and courier name for collection. He has said it`ll be collected tomorrow but is refusing to provide other information. Should I refuse collection if a courier does show up to collect? Without any information to give to eBay should I be handing the bike over? He is very untrustworthy as is proven by all his correspondence.  I think he`s trying to recover the bike in the hope he won`t be able to refund me without proof of return. ... View more

All advice welcomed.  Someone has used an email address of mine to sign up to eBay and owes money.  It is not my main email address, that I use for eBay, although it is a linked email address (it's an Apple owned email address).  To notify eBay about fraud it must be fraud on my account.  It's not.  It's someone fraudulently using an email address - and I don't want it linked to my main eBay account for fear of ending up paying for the debt myself!  Help please! ... Can anyone tell me please how to reduce the size of the thumbnail pics of items shown for sale which have suddenly (for me) become huge? There used to be a menu where you could have a choice of large ..medium ..small ..but i cant find it anywhere and so now the screen can only show 3 items at a time because they're SO big... ridiculous.  Other things that have changed over-night are showing sellers names.. feedback scores.. distance and other info that used to be next to the thumbnail pic of items for sale. I had to return an item which was incorrectly described which I eventually received a refund. However, I had to pay for return postage as the Ebay return label had the incorrect address. Ebay promised to refund the postage of £8.55. After several calls to Ebay I have not received this payment even though they insist it has been sent! Hi, I have an ongoing dispute with a company who sold me two right sided bike pedals as a pair.  They said they would refund and have the pedals but now saying that there is a problem refunding due to the Ebay / Paypal change and seemed like I was being fobbed off. I am not getting the indication 'You've exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours to send more messages.'  I wait until the next day and get the same message again.
