Hi, I have an ongoing dispute with a company who sold me two right sided bike pedals as a pair. They said they would refund and have the pedals but now saying that there is a problem refunding due to the Ebay / Paypal change and seemed like I was being fobbed off. I am not getting the indication 'You've exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours to send more messages.' I wait until the next day and get the same message again. It has been a week now and there seems to be no help available for this. Any ideas? Thanks
Why do you need to message the seller
All problems are sorted out in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
You open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.
Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.
The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.
If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.
Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay
The seller should refund through the dispute within 2 days of having the item back and if they dont then
the option for you to escalate to ebay should be there and they force the refund
