Final value listing fees on an unsold item

Hi

Ive been charged 2 x final value listing fees on items that sold then 1) the buyer did not pay, 2) the buyer changed their minds.  So I still have the item and i'm out of pocket by over £10, is this correct?

Thanks

When a buyer doesn't pay you have to cancel using 'buyer did not pay' to get your selling fees returned. You get 30 days in which to do this so both your sales should be eligible.

If you did not follow ebay policy and do the non payment then you pay the fees

If a buyer does not pay then ebay message them reminding them to pay

If they have not paid in three days then on the fourth either ebay or youself can cancel the transaction

and you get your fees back

FEes are charged straight away to your account when the item sells

If you do the non payment then you get those fees back

The non payers get a non payment strike

On the seller hub go to Orders then overview and see if you have any cancellations for them

If it is the trampoline then you may be in time to cancel if you have not already done so

If it is and one only sold yesterday then you wait the time but the other one should be there

If your buyer has paid they have committed to buy at the price agreed, they cannot ask for a discount.

Best to ask them if they wish to cancel, and if they agree cancel using 'Buyer asked t cancel'

Cancelling an order

You still get your fees refunded.
