I purchased an item on 13th May  delivery I got numerous delivery dates  I contacted Ebay and was told to wait as deliveries have been held up because of  Covid19  so as I was not in a rush I  kept looking  at the dates. when the date got to 1st  July delivery date I  informed Ebay to cancel.  the next thing I get is a case closed  you do not get your money back. I have purchased  over 880 items on Ebay and found them to be very good.   The only change on  my purchase was the delivery date.  As you told me to give delivery a few more days from the delivery date. I followed the up to date instructions. I find that Ebay has moved the goal posts. Dont know if we can nor know how to but I think its about time ebay enabled us to be able to make our own blacklist of sellers as a reminder dont buy from this person, there are so many fake sellers and con merchants on ebay these days I think we should demand this little priveledge as I have just bought from a seller I had forgotten about who sells loads of fakes and guess what the item I got again is a fake, so if anyone knows how to or can help please get in touch, I dont like wasting my money or the inconvenience caused by these **bleep**s. ... Can anyone tell me how to get all filters on the left side without using  search bar? Hi, I just checked on a recent purchase on my account in Purchase history / orders. The item photo is blanked out and narrative says "We removed this listing from the site"   I haven't received the item yet and seeing this I'm slightly concerned. Hi Everyone Just to let you know that if you have a non deliverd item or no response from a vendor when you try to open your claim as recommend at 7 days (it is the 8th day when  you can register it with e bay) untill then it guides you to open a case with PAY PAL and then it removes all responsobility from e bay to help sort things out as they should. Yet if you do open a case via e bay you are then unable to leave feed back. so the rouge traders are alowed to continue to steel your funds and advertise on e bay. E Bay  Money Back Gaurantee  also go's if a case is opened with Pay Pal. If you are having trouble with the seller leave negative feed back befor opening the case with ebay whils you are able to do so. ... View more

My resolution procedure was closed by e-bay without warning after 3 weeks because of "inactivity".  Because of Covid, 3 weeks is not very long for a letter to arrive.  I am trying to e-mail the seller, but e-bay is blocking me from doing so.  No reason is given.  The contact poages make it impossible for me to contact a living person in e-bay.
