I purchased an item on 13th May delivery I got numerous delivery dates I contacted Ebay and was told to wait as deliveries have been held up because of Covid19 so as I was not in a rush I kept looking at the dates. when the date got to 1st July delivery date I informed Ebay to cancel. the next thing I get is a case closed you do not get your money back. I have purchased over 880 items on Ebay and found them to be very good. The only change on my purchase was the delivery date. As you told me to give delivery a few more days from the delivery date. I followed the up to date instructions. I find that Ebay has moved the goal posts. Ebay has helped the seller to £91.50 of my money . and up to yesterday 8th July the item I bought a similar item was posted for
for the same price. delivery 6 or7 days.I feel Ebay has helped the seller to £91.50 of my money becaused I believed in Ebay .
Delivery date can't change,
you look at item in your purchase history, it will give estimated date,
you can open ebay item not received case 1 day after that, escalate after 3 working days, ignore seller excuses.
You may still be in time to open paypal case, escalate after 2 days without fail.
