An explanation would help. Ebay does not help anyone steal anything.  In case you have never read it there is the Money Back Guarantee on every listing.

If the MBG is not appropriate, with new methods of payment the variations are endless, you may have to go through what ever method of payment you used to get a refund.

If you want members here to try to help you, you need to explain more clearly what's happened.

Please give as much detail as possible, especially when and how you paid, when the item was delivered, what action you have taken through eBay so far - and what you mean by "they were seller/remove - returned" which I don't understand.
