Hi I had an open request because the seller didn't provide a repalcement for a faulty item or a refund and is being difficult and stalling. I have had regular contact with the seller as recently as yesterday. Today ebay sent an email saying my request was closed due to no activity. I bought a mixer on dec 20 2020 I used the item 3 times the last time was last week to whisk whisk double cream after just a couple of minutes it slowed down  smoked then went pop not to go again. Hi I am in a process of returning an item I ordered few weeks ago.  Sellers policy allows returns within a month but I have to pay for the postage which is fine.  However when I get to the page where I need to pay for the postage... Hi, i bid on an item and then asked seller price they wanted. it was agreed even though it didnt meet reserve. I was the only bidder however straight after the close it was re advertised. The seller didnt know how to stop this.  I have bid the agreed price again and now it says i have to wait 4 days to see if i win again, however as the reserve isnt met i may go through this again.  How does seller accept my price and sell it to me please? ...
