I bought a mixer on dec 20 2020 I used the item 3 times the last time was last week to whisk whisk double cream after just a couple of minutes it slowed down smoked then went pop not to go again. I thought this was unacceptable and sent a message to the seller but got no reply . I don't know what to do or how I can get Ebay to contact seller. Thanks Tony Hardy
