Is there an email address for a senior person in ebay customer services who I can write to

Ebay has stated to me they'll take up to 30 days to pay me. Why is this and can this be over ruled by ebay to quicken the payment to me?

Listing being delayed by 24 hours

Hi All, When a listing is released, should it go live automatically onto the eBay website? Has any seller experienced where the listing going live has been delayed by 24 to 48 hours? Is there a reason why eBay do this? Steve
