I had an open request because the seller didn't provide a repalcement for a faulty item or a refund and is being difficult and stalling. I have had regular contact with the seller as recently as yesterday. Today ebay sent an email saying my request was closed due to no activity. I have no way to contact ebay about this and all avenues online are closed off to me. Any ideas?
unless you escalate a case it closes - try opening a PayPal case and go for a refund not a replacement.
