Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone could be of help. I had a customer last year that lied and said she hadn't received her item, obviously an expensive Beatrix Potter, until I had proof from the post office saying it had. Suddenly she found it after I had refunded her and although she repaid the refund, she refused to refund the postage back. I let it go, trying to keep my customer happy, but she's caused a lot of trouble for me with ebay, saying I hadn't answered her requests when if they looked properly in the message centre, they would see I replied to everyone she sent, also she complained it was late, but she had it the whole time but ebay just won't listen to me, even though it was resolved . Then I had a customer who sent me an offer, I agreed but after two weeks of waiting for payment, I sent him a request to pay within 24hrs, otherwise I would assume he didn't want it. I heard nothing for a week, then he replied, apologising profusely stating he still wanted it, I reduced the price again, but he did it again, and stupidly I waited another week before requesting payment but received no reply. . So far I have 3 defects for customer faults. I have tried to tell ebay but they're not listening and now I'm lucky to get 1 view a week. But the best thing is, they are threatening now with low sales, but they've taken any assistance. PLEASE HELP
