I ordered items back in February from a vendor in China which did not arrive in the timescale stated. I was in contact with the vendor who, on numerous occasions, promised the items would be dispatched. The tracking info showed they had been returned to sender very early in the process. To cut a long story short, I was last promised 15 day delivery at the end of May, and again, no delivery. Throughtout all the process, the vendor was asking me to give them good feedback! Anyway, despite the recent contact, Ebay decided to close the case and I can find no possible way to contact them to appeal ot even reopen the case in order that I can request a refund. Ebay have been a total shambles and have not helped resolve this at any point in the process. Can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA
If you ordered an item in February, what was the expected delivery date?
Did you open a case in the Resolution Centre, I suspect not?
Alternatively, you did open a case but let it expire in favour of the seller. Once a case in eBay has closed, then it cannot be reopened.
If you are too late to open a case on eBay you can still open an Item Not Received case on PayPal if you paid through them.
You have 180 days (about 6 months) past the expected delivery date to open a PayPal case.
Log onto your PayPal account and find your transaction.

You can escalate the case to PayPal as soon as you can and before day 20 after the case is open.
Do not forget to escalate the case as this is your last chance to get a refund.
