Opening a case for a fake item that was bought over 90 days ago

Folks, any help with this really appreciated...how do I raise a case if the counterfeit item I purchsed was bought 5 months ago? There's no obvious option to return or ask for a refund if I access the actual sale record as there's no drop-down option....how do I raise a case???  A step by step guide would be so helpful....any help really appreciated!

The eBay guarantee only applies to the item condition as received.

It is not a warranty.

You are out of time to claim on eBay anyway.

PayPal gives you 180 days (about 6 months) past the date of payment to make a claim but as with eBay, it is not a warranty.

Find the transaction in your PayPal account and try from there.

If you bought from a private seller, you have no other way through eBay or PayPal to force a refund.

If you bought from a business seller you have more rights.
