Hi I have a problem with a return request. The buyer requested a refund due to the item arriving damaged. When looking at the pictures the buyer's sent me I saw I might be able to find a replacement for the damaged jar. Therefore, I've accepted the request and offered a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. However, when I received the item today it was completely broken, well beyond the damage the buyer initially complained about was visible in their pictures and well beyond repair. The picture on the right shows how the buyer received the item and the picture on the left shows how I received the return today. My question is, what are my options regarding the refund? I know a buyer is entitled to a full refund if they receive an item damaged, but what if the item gets even more damaged during the return transit due to bad packaging done by the buyer? Please, I'd be grateful for any advise or suggestions. Thanks in advance!!!
