Hi all,   I'd like some help with the situation below if anyone can offer advice.   About a  month ago I purchased an item and paid for it using a debit card. The seller cancelled the order soon after. eBay 'sent' me a refund for the order, however I haven't received any money yet . The system shows the refund as unknow and the seller didn't receive any payment.   Where could money be? is there any way to raise this with eBay as I couldn't find an option to contact directly?   Thanks for your help. ... Just sold an item to Italy £21. The buyer has paid and now I need to fill out a customs sticker. This is the first I've sold to Europe this month. i sold a pair of trainers but didn't post them as the post was going to take to long to get there i asked ebay in several occasions to refund the buyer as payment was on hold i persifacly asked them to sort this out i chatted on several occasions and was told by at lease 4 people that i they would refund buyer ebay niw it seems it went in my bank n because i'm in deficit with bank they took it for charges now i'm in a mess because i resold trainers in ebay to sort by bank out niw there going to take the money if ne plus more out my bank i am so upset as i was promised it was not going in my bank what can i do  ... Hi Just bought a charging cable which is the wrons size. I told the seller that I wanted to return it and EBay said they agreed and would send a return label. The label was an obvious effort to deceive as it said to return to Wee- Ding in China with a weird label....not postable. (The seller I bought from is in the UK.) Now as far as EBay is concerned the seller has kept their side of the deal and they wait for me to return it. How do I let EBay know that it is a scam and I am stuck. I know the value is very little but the principle remains and the seller may do the same thing to others on a higher valued item. ... View more

I have just had one of these badges removed. It is boxed and original. It was not issued to me and was bought at a collectors fair. The reason for removal was that it was a restricted police item? There are a number of other sellers with the same badge listed, boxed and unboxed. Well ebay it is not a police item it is a badge issued to British ex service personell (armed forces).  I can only assume some lowlife has complained about my listing. I will be checking tomorrow to see if the other seller listings are still there.  What i would like to know is how do i make a complaint to ebay regarding other sellers listing identical items and them not being removed and about it being removed for the wrong reason. ...
