HM Armed Forces pin / lapel badge

I have just had one of these badges removed. It is boxed and original. It was not issued to me and was bought at a collectors fair. The reason for removal was that it was a restricted police item? There are a number of other sellers with the same badge listed, boxed and unboxed.

Well ebay it is not a police item it is a badge issued to British ex service personell (armed forces).  I can only assume some lowlife has complained about my listing. I will be checking tomorrow to see if the other seller listings are still there.  What i would like to know is how do i make a complaint to ebay regarding other sellers listing identical items and them not being removed and about it being removed for the wrong reason.

Before contacting eBay it would be very wise to look at your registration as you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

What category did you list it in?

As you say it is nothing to do with Police, but mostly it is not because of a report, but robots being idiots.  I am afraid that even if you could contact ebay, I doubt that they would even understand what the problem is.

As it has been removed unless you can talk some sense into ebay, do not relist as that would get you suspended.
